I could imagine it's feasible to survive 15 days, but you would need to get enough food to not starve out. There is a random chance of a food trader who'll knock on your door. But unless you have enough cash; you'll need to loot the nearby apartments for the bare minimum of requirements.

You will eventually need to leave. Gather as much food as you can and just wait it out.

you do not need to eat, there's even an achievement for it. many characters will say they are hungry, but nothing really happens if you don't feed them from what I have seen

Just kill everyone that comes to the door. They drop pretty much everything you need and they keep coming back.
