Is There A Mod For This Game???

Hey there! I REALLY enjoyed playing this game! Both as a kid growing up, and even now! BUT, now that I am older; I am starting to understand now more of the timing of everything in the game. And I only have one small problem with the game itself. This game is such a great game (really it is; I love this game), but my issue is the fact that if you get far enough in the game; you as the player will run out of time to do everything that needs to be done in the game. I was wondering, is there a mod or some sort of workshop that somebody made to allow you to hire personnel to help you with your clinic? Like can you hire a vet assistants to help run the practice while you feed the horses, dogs, cats, rodents, and even the little birdies? Is there like a stable-hand that you can hire to help you tend to the horses (and even with helping you give some of the horses and even dogs some physical therapy if they need it)? Is there someone who you could hire to help you play with the dogs and help you out with keeping all of the animals happy while you give them follow-up treatment care? Because although, I love this game SO MUCH; I'm having some minor problems with not being able to get to all of my patients in time before they walk out of the waiting room because I didn't get to them in time (because of how many inpatients I already have in the clinic). Can I get some tips, help, or advice? Please and thank-you!

This is an old game. Sadly there’s no mods or workshop for this game. The only thing I know that was made for the game was the patch they had because they forgot to add the horse trail areas.
