I was looking toward this game, but € 20 is too much with so many great games around for less. Just yesterday I bought a bundle with 10 brilliant games for € 3. I will wait for an sale. If you wonder why nobody is buying this: Just lower the price. All the publishers who did not learn that cheap means higher profits in the digital age are gone...

Just looked it up: Velocity 2x is on 73 in the Steam charts - at the day of release! Seriously: Could be Top 10 for € 10. It's no use saying "but it's so great... so many awards... it's so worth it". People just won't buy games like this for a price like that. Total waste on the effort to bring this game to PC due to bad marketing.

There's also Styx :Master of Shadows which is a "next-gen" 3d stealth game that is REALLY long and costs just 29,99! If you compare the two... Yup, Velocity really is expensive!

Don't care. Bought it anyway because it was part of PS+ when it launched and I felt that I owe FuturLab at least that much (also bought on Xbox One).

I have to agree, game is too expensive for an indie title. It seems recently indies have lost their minds and forgotten they are indies, their games should be in line with what people are willing to pay. Look at that Woolfie game, they went of business becuase they refused to make their game a reasonable price. It was even worse in that case because the game was 2 hours long. Arrr mateys, pillage for booty where you can. coughs skid-row Arrrrrr

PS Plus is mandatory on PS4, without, you cannot play online. It's a just an example, but you receive A LOT of free games every month. So, nope for me until a good discount.

Woolfe went out of business bc it was a buggy, below average playing game. And they recently admitted they knew a lot of ♥♥♥♥ (making it 3d at the last minute) was proving too hard for them, it's shoddy and it shows. I know bc I suffered through it. That game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucked.
