Mouse Button input bug

Frequently I won't be able to aim-down-sights or fire the gun, I'm sure it isn't the weapon jamming system. I suspect that my mouse is clicking outside of the game window even though I only have one monitor, currently there is no way of fixing this with video settings that I'm aware of.
