Stuck at 30 fps

After patch the option to change the frame rate cap just doesn't work i can change it to any of the other option but it is still stuck at 30 any ideas

Same here, stuck at 30 fps. Changing resolution of graphic quality did nothing. I've just bought the game and already thinking about a refund

I tried editing GameUserSettings.ini and change FrameRateLimit but it didn't worked.

Mabye this guide helps with the issue.
I couldnt set it above 120 frames since the game just lags out but you can give it a try to set to 120 Frames max.

Hm okay thats odd have you tried to set to 120 Hz in the ingame menu? That doesnt work either?

I can change it to 120 hz but the frame rate is still locked at 30

Nevermind I just booted it up and now it works fine I guess i just needed to restart my computer strange
