V Sync

Honestly why is there no V-sync in the options for either one of the games? I'm running it with windows 11, AMD Ryzen 7 9800, and a 4070 Super. I'm over powered for both these games but for some reason they screen tear so hard it gives me a headache. I've tried forcing it, setting the refresh to match my monitor and even tweaking the config. Nothing has worked and I've been at it for 2 hours.

You sure you used the right .exe? I just did it now and vsync works just fine forcing it in the Nvidia CP. It's the exe in Binaries/Win64

change from False to True

i was having the same problem but this finally worked
