WTF. Thanks for the reporting, I'll add it to the known issues list above. I currently dev/test on Yosemite so I think this might be related to the hardware of the new Macbooks. My friend has the new 13 inch so I'll try fix this ASAP and will message you when the patch is released.
@nardhollo Linux should be fixed now.
1: I have to use the right analog stick to move the character
2: I can jump but not powerslide at all
I hope you can fix this issue or even add a custom keybinding setting in the menu.

Thanks for reporting the issue! :) We mainly support the Xbox 360 and Xbox One controllers as they're the most popular for PC games. However, I will investigate adding support for the PS3 controller or some way for custom keybinding but it may take some time.
Text box often gets stuck on the screen.
Also, you need some feedback when you're hit or go through a checkpoint flag. Just a sound would do.
