Function Keys not mapping correctly

I tried remapping the augments from the augmentation wheel and the system wouldn't map to the F1-F4 keys. When I go into Key Bindings and then select a function key and remap it to the same key it'll produce an alternative key being pressed. For example: I click on F2 to remap, and when I actually press F2 it maps it to Ctrl.

After exiting the game I tried using the function keys normally with other programs and it seems to work fine.

I "HAD" this issue as well. I tried everything. The keybindings issue was similar to what you experienced. I could not get it to work either from Deus Ex or from Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard settings. I started pushing everything and trying everything and what it came down to was the darn (F Lock) button on the keyboard. I have a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 5000 and when the (F Lock) button is not pressed it tried to assign the shortcuts instead of function keys. Help, Undo, Redo and New functions were being assigned to the Keybindings in Deus Ex: Mankind Divided instead of F1, F2, F3, and F4. I hope you have fixed your issue already, but I am posting this in case you or others are having the same issue I did.
