Wierd effect on moving NPC faces?
The faces of moving NPC is "blur" or "fuzzy" dont know how to discribe, all blur effects are off. Any body with the same problem? Or maybe a solution for that?

Turn tesselation off, its a weird bug.

Thanks for anwser, after turning tesselation off no more wierd faces.

I had this for the hair of a NPC in a certain sewer-based side mission and it was very very off-putting. Turning off Tessellation sorted it for me and I'll be honest I didn't notice a difference in any of the graphics...
