Pilgrim area, apartment #96: can't interact with clock?

I walked into a very clock-filled room and used my smart vision to see a highlighted clock. Then I shot the wall to see a secret door wobble. Then I looked it up to see it is indeed a secret place by reading that on this page: http://www.gosunoob.com/deus-ex-mankind-divided/neuropozyne-locations-usage/

Problem is, I cannot interact with any clock in the room, including the one I'm supposed to interact with to open the door. Am I just never gonna get to have the treasure inside?

I believe you can only use the clock once you have progressed far enough in the story. However if you simply can't wait, move the fridge into the bathroom and climb up into the vent where you can drop down into the secret room. After that the clock switch will unlock and work normally.

Thanks dude, sir. Was just trying to figure out why clock goes yellow 5 years too late, but boom praxis kit. Hope those years were kind to you.
