Cannot start the game: Error Code 8850000D

I was be able to install and play the game just fine on the first day. On the second day, I launched it and see this message:

The URL lead to a contact form, I wrote an email but nobody reply yet in over 2 days.
I have spent over 2 hours into the game, I cannot request a refund anymore.

I tried all the of the following:

- Kick my PC vigorously.
- Turn off, and turn on my PC.
- Pull the power cord, let it sit for a minute, then plug it back in.
- Try to run it in various compatible modes & as privileged elevation.
- Verify Game Files Integrity.
- Completely Remove the Game, then switch the download region and re-download the game.
- Reinstalled GPU Drivers, reinstalled Windows 10 & updated all drivers & reinstalled all system dependencies.

System:
GTX 1060
AMD FX-9590
32 GB RAM
Windows 10
HDD Array: 15TB of HDD RAID 5 + 512GB SSD Cached
Performance Drive: 2 x 512TB Intel 730 SSD RAID 0
RAID card LSI 9265-8i w/ CacheCade 2.0 & Fastpath
OS Drive: 1 x 512GB Samsung 850 SSD

My game doesnt start on windows 10 and i figured out to remove HDMI cable Second TV and reset windows wth only One Monitor plugged in maybe thats gonna help

DeusEx doesn't work anymore square enix doesn't care, they have multiple tickets
