Red Screen Flashing in Exclusive Fullscreen (Please help!)

Every time I start the games I'm getting red flickering like in these images. It doesn't go away.

It only happens when I'm in exclusive full screen mode and I would like to play the game fullscreen to take advantage of my 144hz monitor. IM NOT IN DX12 MODE.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I7 3770
SLI GTX 760
Acer 144hz Monitor

I figured it out. For the future if anyone else has this issue check your sli bridge.
