Black Screen then Crash.

Everything on my computer is up to date, i have reinstaled the game 3 times,Verified the cache, i have version 1.10 and all i get is a black screen followed by a crash to desktop. I meet the system stats needed. I am lost on this one.

Anyone know any tricks to get it to work? Editing a File maybe?
