This is what happens when do don't pay attention to the economy people! No small stones to stop the big ones from getting loose to make the entire building slide down the hill. Now every able hand has to fish out salvageable material and the breathing from the river.

idk how he could have stopped or fixed this he talks about how square cut half the game… & things got cut to be turned into breach & dlc’s.

idk how things work at square but all square seems to care about is milking ff, for a new ff game every year….. like yes square the original ps1 games were cool but move on. you have other games that could do well… or spin offs, had you not cared about asking for millions of copies or not selling well.

ppl shat on forspoken & that game had problems when amy hennig & gary whitta made a completely different version or story.
as for if square let eidos…… have more creative control & didnt slice the game into pieces maybe we would have gotten a third.😞either way game industry makes shi* decisions…. sometimes.
it just makes me want to give up on the game industry hell….. immersive sims are struggling with bethesda killing arkane austin.

well they keep making more games every year ffx 5 6 7 8 surely they could make other non ff games? & then remaking ff7….. for a more linear jrpg game. square should take a break from ff maybe try other action oriented stuff like project snowblind or a new ip.

I think eventually there will be next Deus Ex game, but we won't see it for a long time.
There might be a build-up of yet repeating nostalgia for previous Deus Ex game, so the IP owners might pick up on that and green light next game sensing rather promising sales from fandom.

all they have to do is remaster the original deus ex with better lighting & achievements for consoles & steam see how much it does then finish the trilogy.😞🤷🏻‍♂️
