Deal with Drahomír

Hi guys. I am early in game, trying to go see Doc to fix me after game intro mission. How do I deal with that Drahomir guy, or whoever he is so I can get to the Doc guy?
Also, are there a lot of "stealth" sections in game? I am not really good with those types of game sections.

Help appreciated :)

Ive taken care of Drahomir, but the Doc's place is in a restricted area. What is a good way to get there? Help appreciated :)

There are tons of ways to get there.
Shoot your way in.
Sneak your way in (Several different routes)

Save and experiment.
(or look at the guides for walkthrough)

There are no forced style sections, and you can fight your way through the whole game if you want, but character interactions and sidequests change depending on how you solve problems.

For that very first mission, crawling into the ventilation system is the safest, but fighting your way through everybody saves time, and gets you a lot of shotgun shells and 9mm ammo.
