Samizdat Side mission bugged

The Dossier is missing in the safe, just checked a guide and haven't found anything like it.

Anyway to fix or is this a dead side mission now??

Years of gaming has taught me to always save, so i have plenty of places to go back in case a quest bugs out. Also probably bugged like when i couldnt find that bloody second item for a optinal quest in the main story. oh well.

I got a different issue with this quest. I killed the hackers and then the quest does not progress. My objective is stuck at "silence the members of samizdat (3/3)" and the objective pin points to three bodies. Chang doesn't want to talk about it. Anyone else had this?

You are supposed to talk to them. I almost took them out myself but stealthed up to the main guy and found out you can talk to him.

Yeah I know that now. The objective said to silence them asap so i got trigger happy :D In any case something should happen with the quest, even if it's just failing it.
