Golden Ticket mission.
Can't validate the permits since I can't click on either validation stations. Anyone else have this problem?

You need to activate the validation stations on the computer.

I'm still having problems even after I wait for the stations to boot up. I stare at it, see the "touch screen to begin" prompt on the passport terminal after activating it, but can't interact with it no matter where I stand. Halp

Don't wait. As soon as you activate them from the computer, try to use them. If you wait too long after activating them they shut themselves back off.
