Nothing will really happen if you don't post your hardware information.
That's not the problem mate, i have no audio whatsoever except main menu music and during normal gameplay. The opening logo's like AMD have no sound whatsoever, and neither does any cinematic cutscenes like the 13 minute recap video. Tried everything my only options are refund, stop playing till a patch or play the game without cutscenes.
I'm using a Logitech G35 USB headset, for reference.

This seems to work for more than just Deus Ex MD such as No Man's Sky as well as others.
