Problems with .net framework - game freezes at start up

My game just freezes at start up image and gives me an Apphangb1 message.

I know that the problem is related to .net framework because i've had the same problem with lords of the fallen, and nvidia control pannel, and another software, all of them just started showing problems out of nowhere and just kept on freezing because of it.

Now, for Deus Ex i've encountered the same problem once again, and i've tried everything, i've re-installed all frameworks 4 -> 4.6.2 but nothing actually solved the problem, sometimes when i install and then try to repair it (doesn't matter the version), i can play the game for like 5min and then it freezes, and when i try to load it again, i can't, it freezes right at the menu screen.

I've also removed all the frameworks, only the ones that come with windows 7 sp1 are still intalled:

.NET Framework 2.0: installed with service pack 2.
.NET Framework 3.0: installed with service pack 2.
.NET Framework 3.5: installed with service pack 1

The only solution i could come up with in the past, was to simply re-install windows 7, which i just don't wanna do it because of just 1 game.

Well obviously the problem lies with your PC and not the game. Run WIndows update. The frameworks are updated constantly. Also look for the WIndows repair tool. It is an app that Microsoft makes to fix some problems in your OS.

Also you could try running the system file checker utility in Windows to validate your system files...
