"Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, and taht your graphics card supports Direct3D 11."

Can I force the Game to use Direct X9 since I have GTX 260 or will the Game nit run with it, it has Direct X9 Files in his Folder.

There's a reason why the requirements are what they are, on the store page.
The minimum requirements, are what you're supposed to go by.

You can't force a game to use a lower DX version, if it's not made with that in mind (which it isn't).
I would refund, if I was you - if you're not planning on upgrading any time soon.

Refund game or buy new GPU. Better option would be to refund the game AND buy a new GPU.

Thanks, I will probably refund and buy Ps4 Version and upgrade my GPU, but for that I must wait until December.

Direct 11/12 and x64 Game only, there is no way around this

Upgrade or read the spec reqs next time

You need at least GTS 450 to barely run the game.
