i hope it want be to short.
did you see that the price tag is lower then other games?
10 hours doing just the story mode and 20 hours if you add in all the side quest. But hey at least the PC port is good right :)

"I’d estimate about 20 of my 30 or so hours in the game were spent doing side content." - Polygon
"He spent around 30 hours completing the campaign and nearly all side quests" - Gamespot
"providing over thirty quality hours" - Jim Sterling
"This is a big game, and one that can easily take you 40+ hours to complete if you’re committed to digging at its corners." - Rock, Paper, Shotgun
Etc etc ;)
It'll happen. People will complete this in 10 and say "wtf? short game, not worth it. THEY LIED!" after skipping absolutely everything but the main story. This is Steam remember...
Less than 2% of the people that played HR completed ALL of the Achievements. So when you say you Beat HR, Completed HR ETC, NO...You Did'nt. You finished one aspect of the game using one of many play styles (which is a far cry from beating the game).
Personally I like to get my moneys worth out of a game, and I'm not relying on Story mode for it.
Explore the game, It's elements (all of them) the different play styles, and types of arsenal. Challenge Yourself to think outside of the box and leave your comfort zone.
If your not creative or can't see that the game provides you with a box of parts to use as you see fit for exploration & discovery....Maybe you should switch to Movie watching. It's cheaper and you don't have to do anything.
If going for ghost/smooth operator things take a while longer, too. Have yet to manage a run with no alarms and no deaths...it was far too entertaining to experiment with the weaponry.
Funny that you didn't get the achievements for at least 4 of the sidequests then, must be a bug...
