Unable to make any progress in a few side missions, help? Is it possible to complete? (SM00, 01, 02, and 06)

I don't know what i'm doing wrong, if anything, i was wondering if anyone else had any trouble completing the following side missions:

SM00: Neon Nights
This one is most likely to be my fault, i simply cannot find where in the sewers the entrance to the secret lab is, the one where they make Neon.

SM01: The Golden Ticket
For this one, i was only able to find Irenka. Edward is not where the map says he is, and i'm not sure where to look for him.

SM02: Cult of Personality
On this one, i was able to get into the secret cult place and listened to the cult leader jackass do his speech, and i found the crumpled poster indicating he used to be partners with Liborio. However, when i go talk to Liborio, he has nothing to say about this mission. He simply says "I can help you with something, yes?" over and over again, with no dialogue options or anything.

SM06: 01011000
After recovering the disk and the disk reader and taking them to my safe house, i plugged it in, and her shadowy silhouette appeared on the TV, but that was it, i can't talk to her and there's no video to play, it's just a static image, and i can't even interact with the TV remote, assuming i'm supposed to have a conversation with her? Ater trying for awhile clicking everything to try to get the memory to play, i eventually killed myself and loaded my last autosave hoping that would somehow fix it, but now my TV no longer even has the static image. It's just a blank screen, and now it doesn't work at all, turning on the regular TV results in the same blank screen (although i can still hear audio from the TV, e.g. Eliza doing the news)

EDIT: SM03: The Mystery Augs
I forgot to mention this quest. I've had this one for awhile, and in my mission log there's only 2 objectives listed, both of which are complete, but the mission itself is not marked as complete, and i have no idea who i might have to talk to turn it in, or if i even need to/is possible (The 2 objectives listed are "Confront Sarif in my apartment" and "Investigate the Scientist's apartment". I have completed both objectives but there are no other new objectives listed)

Has anyone else had any problems with these missions? and if not and i'm just being incredibly stupid, can anyone offer some points on how to complete these missions? Please and thank you very much!! ^^;

You have to return to the southern part of Prague (M2 map) and enter the canals. The best way would be to use the ladder located in the western part of the map (M2,13). Once you reach the canals, go east, because the laboratory is located on the level 1 on the eastern edge of the sewers (M6,11).
The laboratory can be reached in a few ways. Because you have the 0311 code from the apartment 84, the easiest way would be to locate the closed gate with level five security(M6,8). After entering the code (or completing the hacking mini-game, if you want the extra experience points) you will find yourself in a room with a defensive turret. You can destroy it, use the camouflage, or run between successive covers when the turret is watching the other way. There is a computer behind the turret, and by hacking it, you can disable the turret. This won't help you in the further exploration, but it will help you leave the canals once you finish the quest. A little further ahead, you will find another closed gate with a level five security lock (M6,10), but the 0311 code works with this door too.

Edward is located in a mini-market, in the southern part of the map, past the metro entrance IIRC.

Looks like a glitch because yes, a conversation should trigger.

Neon Nights has no entrance from sewers, you have to either have the keycard from the dealers house or you have to have the strenth aug for lifting, str aug for smashing, and armor aug for electricity protection and take the enterance just to the left of the door.

Golden Ticket, Edward is in the minimart behind the subway, don't shoot the thug beating him up, use a non lethal takedown.

cult of personality might be bugged for you? It took some talking but he eventually gives you three inhibitors to place in the room with Richard. Alternately, you can shoot Richard and it finishes the mission.

I don't even know where Richard is... i can't get into the room on the upper level of the cult hideout because i can't use any of my augs in that room and those camera turrets rip me to shreds when i try to go to the upper level

I just got the turret to blow open the door the first time. I had no idea what I was doing. But there are many ways in.
