Side mission wont start, after investigation i prove it's copycat killer, but when i return from GARM - next quest didn't trigger

You need to wait, you will get a message from your neighbour via your comm link when the next quest in that line is ready to start.

Yeah, paused side missions confused the heck outta me too and I thought the game was glitching out and locking me out of missions. But they work on a time/progress scale.

Last Harvest seems to trigger during M014 AFTER you speak with Miller at TF29. At this moment though if you end up being one of the many unlucky players like me you won't be able to travel to the other district to actually do it because the game will crash during the metro loading sequence.

IIRC Last Harvest is also on a time/progress limit - thus, I'm not sure when, you can get locked out of it if you just decide to push forward with the main mission(s) with the intention of coming back to it.

Could someone confirm when Last Harvest expires please? I'd really like to know...

I'd like to know that too, since I'm also stuck because of the train station bug. Can we just progress with the main story until the issue is sorted?

You will lose any side missions you have not completed when you start M015.
