Cannot Buy/Sell Things At Tech Noir Shop
Does anyone else have this issue? I start a covnersation with the shop keeper at the Tech Noir shop in the section of the city that has your squad's base in it, but when the conversation ends and he offers me the choice to buy/sell, the computer screen doesn't open up, the game just stays looking at the shop keeper not doing anything. I always have to re-load a previous save to get out of it. Anyone else get this issue?

I was able to buy/sell with him once, but couldn't resist punching a citizen that insulted me when I walked outside the shop. After re-loading, a save before selling with him, it gets stuck now.

I'm still stuck at the same place you mention and look the date. Devs did zero effort on the matter.

Man almost 10 years later and this bug still isn't fixed..

*Update, I had a hunch that the bug may be directly tied to the game's framerate.. dunno why.. I'm not a techy it was just one of those random feelings you get about stuff.

After limiting the game's FPS to 59 (possibly works at 60 too) using the Nvidia Control Pannel, yeah.. I was able to use the shop normally.. so it seems my hunch paid off.

I had the game limited to 100 fps before this due to another FPS related bug, being unable to walk up curbs and steps properly.

For some reason this shop unlike the others will not function if the framerate is too high.
Don't know why that is, again i'm not a techy but there you go.. that appears to be thee.. or at least a potential cause of this problem.

Hopefully this may help others who have the same issue.
