UP please !
I'm still stuck at the same place you mention and look the date. Devs did zero effort on the matter.
*Update, I had a hunch that the bug may be directly tied to the game's framerate.. dunno why.. I'm not a techy it was just one of those random feelings you get about stuff.
After limiting the game's FPS to 59 (possibly works at 60 too) using the Nvidia Control Pannel, yeah.. I was able to use the shop normally.. so it seems my hunch paid off.
I had the game limited to 100 fps before this due to another FPS related bug, being unable to walk up curbs and steps properly.
For some reason this shop unlike the others will not function if the framerate is too high.
Don't know why that is, again i'm not a techy but there you go.. that appears to be thee.. or at least a potential cause of this problem.
Hopefully this may help others who have the same issue.
