When can i give Koller the thingy?

i did that mission at the beginning to get the thing for my augs from The Dvali crime family but Koller hasnt been at this shop since then.

Im back from Golem now and he's still not around.

He calls you, you have to do story missions. There's even an achievement for having it on you when you first get reset if you sequence break and go over to the part of the city where that underground bar is and get the thing but he still says "Can't do it yet BRB kthxbye"

dont know why they make it one of the first missions when it doesnt pay of for i guess at least 2 whole story missions.

Deus Ex tends to this alot. Earlier games were done in the same way.

Cause the experimental augs are really OP. You can still play while overclocked but it'll come with its own tradeoffs.

He won't be around during your current visit to Prague. You go to another location and then come back to Prague for a third time, and he will be around then. He will call you once you complete either mission 11 or 12.

I don't think that's possible bro. It's not in your inventory and goes under "story items" instead.

As far as i know it's unsellable.
