NEON NIGHTS: When does the 'cleaning service' arrive?
I left and came back but they still haven't arrived.

You have to take a shower or a dump. Thats always when the cleaning service arrives.

just do other missions and they arrive. It's not the only way to complete the mission.

1. Order the service
2. Close the door or exit then enter the apartment so the voice says "clean. service confirmed coming"
3. Read the new e-mail on PC, there should be a message they'll leave the card on the bed.
4. Take the train to jensen apartment area and finish the damned Cult of Personality quest (you visited the magician with dumpeners). Or sell excess items to Tars. Or hack something.
5. Take the train back, the apartment will be clean and the card upstairs.

the people saying to wait times are just trolling you lmao

just take a train to and from any location, the cleaner should come and clean up the apt and get rid of the dead party girl and leave a present for you on the bed.

It never gave me Neon Nights mission. I was to a few locations that should trigger it, but nothing... Buggy. This is what I hate about open world games - you can visit places earlier than you are supposed to and ruin your future missions.
