Tip for saving Singh
I was trying to protect Singh yesterday while not getting seen by anone and finding he kept dying no matter what I did.

I thought I'd share a tip. If you can get to him knock him out and he'll be kept safe

In the end, Singh's worst enemy was himself.

it's called... rush... dont kill everyone... if they're not in your direct path, they dont need to be knocked out or die... throw 2 grenades at the drop ship as fast as possible... there should be no more than 4 knockouts/kills

Easiest thing to save Singh is just to jump down from the balcony, head straight to the front of the chopper and disable it...

When you fall down where helicopter is... Several possibilities:

1. You looted at least 2 biocells. Use them, then turn on invisibility aug, rush to helicopter, open the hatch and remove battery.

2. Knock Singh down with Q, move him behind some cover then deal with hostiles.

3. Didn't try it myself but apparently you can switch typhoon ammo to nonleathal so all you need to do is activate it near Singh - you don't want him to die and it'll knock down hostiles too.

...wait, really? Just disable the chopper and you've completed both? I mean, that makes sense but, it sounds way too easy...

I just ran around, using the duststorm for cover and decked each dude in the face. Extra Hard, obviously, because, ya know, masks.

On "Give me Deus Ex", I used the sandstorm as cover.
Sneaked in behind everyone's back and used the Stungun along with Smart vision aug.

And got a Ghost bonus luckily. Take it easy, dont rush, one at a time. Much luck.

Doesn't really help.
Apparently the golden mask guys have smart vision and can see through the storm.

yes!!! jump down, icarus strike the guy below... that's 1... i took the path to the right... it goes down a small set of stairs to 2 boogies... then there's a larger set of stairs to the left with 1 boogey strafing to your left his right... singh will be more towards the right... and there will be cover you can crouch behind... throw your 2 nades

If you go right and under some debris you can skip the entire elevator which will save you lots of time, then you can just shimmy along the way and drop down and you're pretty much next to the chopper.

This way you can completely avoid fighting the enemies.

Yep, really. I tried to be clever first time and lost Singh.

Decided to try the direct approach and was surprised how easy it worked.

(Easiest thing to save Singh is just to jump down from the balcony, head straight to the front of the chopper and disable it...) says UncivilS3rvant.... how tha f*** i´ll gonna get it done - if i cant even approach the balcony edge for jump - there´s allready some radioyells: "Man down, man down - Singh dead..." .And this is happens exactly after cutscenes end, just at moment i regain games controls again, just when i closing to balc´s edge - (and i see from there, how tha Singh gets bullet) ... i restarted saved game from point, before Jensen gets to last door - by now about 45 times allready, i restarted whole game from beginnig, about 16 times... that same "singhdeath" before i even can start jumpdown with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.... tha f...king frustrateing is ...

I avoided the lift and fighting and saved Singh. At the level start I ran straight ahead, jumped down then ran to the front left of the chopper to pull the power ending the scene. I was hit a few times by gunfire but still survived. Whole thing might have taken 10 seconds.

I did indeed, back in 2016, and a few people backed me up so whilst I can't remember anything about it now (so old...), I can guarantee it did work at the time...
