When can I install the neuroplasticity calibrator?

Sorry, that's not the case. During Night-time Praha (After returning from Golem) I went straight to Koller's lab and he wasnt there.

Did more digging, apparently he'll call you after youve reached a certain point in story missions.

Its about after main mission 11/12, it will apear as a side quest.

And based on achievements, if you get the NC beforehand, he'll install it right away....right ?

Nevermind, I have completed the bank heist and just unlocked the side mission.

Pretty sure he won't install it. I think you get the achievement but he doesn't install it right away.

Too short? did you only do the main story?. i finished my first play though with 31 hours, pacifist and foxiest, all side quests and explored most of the city.

Being too short and being too short to make use of all augs are two different things. Since you can't activate any of the experimental augs without permanently shutting down others, until you have the NC installed, you can't start activating the experimental augs until you're about 2/3-3/4 through the game, and it takes about 20 Praxis Kits to unlock all those experimental augs. There's just not enough time, on your original playthrough, to unlock AND get a lot of time to use them all.

I beat the game after about 19 hours I believe, 20 at the most. That's with doing every single side mission I could find as well as some exploring. 30 hours isn't long either, 40's decent but I remember when games used to give 80-100+ hours of fun, replayable content.The Elder Scrolls series is a good example of this. Such large, vibrant worlds with almost endless quests and content to explore.

EDIT: The past Deus Ex games also gave 50+ hours of content.

Deus Ex is around 27 hours. Deus Ex: Invisible War is 10 hours IF YOU'RE SLOW.

turn off Rhino armor or one of the other non-experimental augs.
Then you'll find that you'll never go above 100% no matter how many augs (experimental and normal) that you activate.

and going over 100% does nothing but cause a few minor glitches anyway.
