Praxis kit locations

I've found quite a few, but I'm interested to know any I've missed. Off the top of my head here are the ones I've found.

1. Jensen's apartment complex. The apartment with the crying bald guy inside has a floor compartment with one.

2-5. Jensen's apartment complex. The merchant has two in stock to start with, he restocks one more upon your second visit to Prague then one more for your third visit.

6. Koller's dungeon. Behind a painting on the floor is a gas-filled room with a safe containing one.

7. LimB clinic. In the ceiling crawl space.

8. T29 HQ. In the infirmary, on top of the cupboards right up near the ceiling there's a medical box containing one.

9. Palisade bank. Executive vaults (I can't remember which one, but I always loot them all anyway).

10. Palisade bank. CEO's office, behind the door opened by the block puzzle.

11. Palisade bank. Tai Yong Medical corporate vault.

12. Golem city. The medical storage place shortly after you first arrive (it's the first restricted area you encounter) contains one (I forget precisely where, but I'm certain I found one in there).

13. ARC compound. Inside Rucker's locked side-room.

14. Marchenko carries one.

I'm sure I must have missed some (I note specifically I didn't find any in GARM, and for a city full of augs there must be more than two in Golem city).

i searched in many praxis guides and i never found this one in them, maybe some very well hidden praxis havent been found yet
