Picus vault keycard?
I found Tarvos and Tai Yong Medical cards easily. But I can't find Picus card no matter how hard I try. Anyone found it yet?

I give up. I just literally tossed the place. I can't find it. Any further help?

Found a safe lol. Didn't see it at all. PRobably is there.

the camera on the dresser in the bedroom look at it and then hit the picture above the bed and loot the safe... you get the picus key card and the vault code
