just continue with your main mission and you will know

When youre about to fly to GARM for the first time, a prompt warns you that all side missions will be canceled. I came here to wonder this question as well, but from where I read somewhere else, Sarif will contact you one more time after Jenson returns to Prague at some point later on. I can confirm that this quest does not go away after flying to GARM.
