The harvester side mission bug?
I'm honestly getting pretty damn annoyed... I got everything I got the case file, I got the medical file, I got all the evidence and now (after looking it up online) it seems I should speak to some guy named Radko Perry. NOTHING. Where the hell is this guy and if it is supposed to come on the quest tracker then how do I do it? I already went to talk to the detective and went to ask about suspects,but nothing changed... Please help....

I've got this bug as well. I've tried to talk to John first, then get the file first. Both ways Radko Perry does not spawn, nor do I get an objective for him.

I just finished the game and it seems you don't need him anyways... maybe they cut it out of the pc version as most of my walkthroughs are from people who played on console... Well in the end it's something small, but if it is a bug I hope they fix it.

Got the same problem, but found the solution. You have to talk to a npc called "scandalmonger" who stands near to the crime scene. Ask Montag about the new evidence and you should have the optional lead to encounter him.

As stated earlier, this is absolutely not true. After talking to the scandalmonger (even after talking to gunn), talk to Montag again and go through the possible suspects. Prompts for Razco will appear.

Thank you VERY much. I thought i broke some script by walking into Perry's basement earlier in the game.

Confirmed - you can talk to the guy named "Scandalmonger" even after talking to Johnny Gunn, then go to Radko and get evidence.

Finaly I've found Radko Perry and talked to him, after that I investigated his office and his basement, found the bear on the wall and the picture in the wall safe but the last evidence is missing. After a few minutes of searching I just read some walkthrough and most of them say there is a chat in Radko's laptop. I find only mails in his laptop! Is that a bug?

I have the same issue just mail no messenger

I have this issue too. Does anyone have a solution?

You are meant to have a live chat with someone on his computer. On the left of the screen there are two icons, one for the e-mail and the other for the messanger.

Yes, I get that. The problem is that there is no icon for the messenger (only e-mail).

I was able to access the chat on my first playthrough, but not on my second; I don't know if I bugged it out by hacking into his computer before getting the sidequest. :/

Then after getting the hair and photo, I confronted Radko about the latter and he practically demands that I talk to Ivanka on his laptop, says she'll confirm his alibi.... still nothing.

At any rate, that conversation seems to have completed that objective, and you can go back to Montag. Still annoying though.
