How to get into James Miller's secret room behind painting?

I'm in James Miller's apartment in Cista, and through the use of Smart Vision I can see a secret room behind the painting. I can't seem to figure out how to get to it though.

There doesn't seem to be any vents leading into it. Behind the painting seems to be a button. The windows to the right are bar grilled and can't be accessed. I found the wooden floor was openable, but only held a grenade and pistol in it.

Any tips lads?

Oh! Just figured it out after some lolly gagging around. There's a punching bag right in the same room as the painting. Punch that bag, and it magically opens!

Time to rob the boss.

Miller has a secret room in which you break into during a certain main quest. At that point, you will have to punch a nearby hanging boxing bag to open it.(E to interect, no need to press Q or anything).

i just shot the painting with a shotgun few times dismantled the painting :D

My goodness, I didn't know it would be mission related. I'm just going around robbing everyone I can before continuing. So much credits to steal, so little time.

I hope I didn't bugger the mission, I hacked the lappy in that room and it had nothing on it.

i was running around that stupid room for like 20 minutes tried to find a hidden switch or something than i just got angry :D

You don't. I also nicked stuff and broke into places that I was supposed to get to later for a quest. Basically when you need to get there for the quest the relevant NPCs and/or items will be loaded in once needed.

Out of interest, where is this apartment? Since I'm in the 33 whatever building to sell and buy some stuff already, so if it's in there, I see myself making a visit.

It's the apartment opposite the apartment where you want to infilitrate for Neon Lights side mission.

The apartment complex is called 33 Hlvani I think. The room's number is 203. It's unique to the others, as when you get in, there's a huge UK flag near the stairs.

No need to hack the door. Just enter through the Window.

Fun thing about the Neon Lights room. After ordering the cleaning service through the lappy, I went out and did other stuff. Coming back, the apartment is actually cleaned!

BTW all doors in the DX series, can be opened using a shotty, granade, laser rifle, plasma, rocket launcher. However it is noisy and messy, and the cops will come and check it out. Hack or multi-tool the door instead. Funny but i didn't look for the door the 1st time I played, I saw the punching bag and just hit it. HA who knew.
