I've decided not to buy this game if it has either Denuvo or requires you to be online-only.
I brought Hitman into this since it is also SE published games.
Not familiar with idioms, uh?
I like Deus Ex but i had enough with always-online Hitman, it interrupted several contracts because of that stupid thing, it's all about the provider so i won't buy.
Even if the game has Denuvo as a DRM, it doesn't require constant online connection apart from the first activation of the game (which is even less then what Steam itself requires).
One has the right to buy the game with Denuvo or not buy it. It's your choice. I don't understand what rights are being violated.
Well this is what I'm hoping, but if nobody can confirm, I'm going to remain skeptical until the game comes out before purchasing. If it is like Tomb Raider or Total War: Warhammer, I'm fine. If it is like Hitman, count me out.
Screw always-online on singleplayer game (so much hate I have over the new hitman game just because of this). I'm hoping people will learn after Starforce, Ubisoft earlier games with always online, and SimCity, but every now and again, there's always this stupidity.
