How to access the Tai Yong / Tavros / Picus Vaults?

I have their keycards but if I go in the elevator, it requires versalife card (don't have it, because i choose the bomb path)
Pls don't tell me I can't go there if i picked the bomb path

The reason why you can't get there is because you picked the bomb path. You need to do the bank path in order to get the card for versalife.

The entire area with the vaults is accessible both before and after the bomb path fork. So your choosing to pick the bomb path is unrelated. You do not need the versalife card to access the other 3 vaults.

(I also did not choose the versalife path)

Quite. It's a silly path that makes no sense from an architecture and engineering point of view, but it's there.

The Versalife vault though, is impossible to access without that card.

I agree with that. Safest vault in the world and it has such a lame "hidden" route to reach its crucial vaults.

It's not really a 'hidden' path. The vault portion slots the different lock boxes in as needed, and if you depart the bank mission by riding up on the lock box, you'll come into the same room they store the others in, which is the part that connects to the parking garage.
