Enabling DX 12?

I followed the instructions in the patch notes sticky, but no dice. The option is still greyed out. I have a GTX 1080

Did it download the data when you switched? Its 1GB. Also in launch options make sure DirectX 12 is checked.

and you have windows 10, right?

you have to go into properties of this game in steam...beta tab...dx12 preview...launch the game and you should be able to check it off in options of the game then.

see thats a problem...your profile is private...therefore your rights to post should be taken away...if you open your account to post and close it again, you should lose all privilages for a year...thats a fun way to weed out the folks on the boards that write useless crap all the time....also 3-4 accounts per ip address...to many fake accounts out there....you will see...its coming

My profile is not private. It never has been. Its Steam being glitchy. On my phone using the Steam app when I go to view my own profile it comes up as private. Not sure what that's about.

Okay I have checked the settings. It was set to friends only. And I restarted steam. Can you see my profile now?
