Pointless bad language,

Look I don't mind some gritty language in a game but give me a break, I'm only about an hour into it and the constant swearing is really starting to get on my nerves, one of the best thing I liked with the deus ex games was they demanded thought not just running round shooting with grotuitous violence, starting to feel like the developers have lost the plot and gone lowest denominator on all fronts! Not chuffed.

Can someone do a voice mod and clean it up!

Here's the thing though, no one questions his motives at all. IIRC he even says "What am I your f úcking secetary now"? in the Augmented Rights Coalition map, he comes off as a really unlikable character compared to Jock and even ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Sid Black was more interesting than him.

You can question him during his introduction. He spends about 10 minutes chewing Adam out if you do.

For one, the game is rated Mature, with a Language reason among the violence etc. That said, have you ever been around Eastern Europeans who speak English? They swear constantly, and a lot of the times it's for no reason at all, and often out of context...It's hilarious to be honest. I found that the way the characters curse is fitting being that they are in Prague.

If you have a problem with the swearing you're definitely not going to like the red light district.
This is a game for adults after all. If you've ever worked with military, or former, in the field there's a lot of swearing, especially when ♥♥♥♥ goes wrong.

I totally agree with terratopside. I agree that the swearing is gratuitous. Much less swearing in the first game. I think a clean mod would be great.

Also if it was a "sentence enhancer" mod that changed all swear words into dolphin noises like in spongebob then that would be ideal.

He/she's asking if someone can make a mod, not asking for you guys to change how he feels about swearing.

Because doing swearing in 2000 got to an X-rating in euro, which is code for 'you can't sell the game at retail, and copies can only be held behind the counter.'

There's barely any dialogue at all in DX OG. It's a very empty game in general.

And ♥♥♥♥ the guy for being butthurt about swearing. When you get to the Dvali cinema, and you look in the backrooms, if your first reaction isn't to swear out loud to your monitor, and murder every single gangmember still standing, you're not really human.

This game doesn't have excessive swearing. I dislike excessive profanity too, but it's just not there.
