How to use Multiple experimental augs without the meltdown thing?
I got the device for koller but I went back to his workshop and he wasnt there, what do I do?

He'll come back later in the game, and will contact you when he does.

You'll get access to the device on your second time in Prague, it's a bit of a bummer but them's the breaks.

In the meantime it seems like as long as you don't hit 500% Overclock nothing significantly bad happens to you besides some glitching.

Overclocking makes Jensen too OP imo, more fun to actually have to make some hard decisions between augs.

also, how does it work? does it just allow you to use all your augs without overclocking?

Glitches include false/distorted data on your HUD.

Yes, after calibrating, he activates all your augs without overclocking.
