how about praxis, credits and storage at home ? carry over too ? and some people crashing when they have multiple item when finishing the game like 25+6 painkillers, is it true ?

There was stuff in my storage yes. I think the augs will not work untill you do the quest where you are treated by that weird doctor. But that is quite early i the game . I will let you know.

apartment storage gets wiped.
Your preorder storage goes through something different.
All weapons in pre-order storage gets refreshed. So if you have an elite weapon in your inventory, then your pre-order storage on NG+ will now have a copy of that weapon.
All other items in your pre-order storage doesn't get refreshed. It's one use.

I have no idea about the crashes.
I had 36 painkillers and 28 of the bigger health potions. I also had 34 biocells, a ton of pistol and tranquiler ammo, 39 aug stun ammo.

I had multiple item stacks and it didn't cause any issues for me, though I did sell them down to about half at the first vendor, simply because I clearly didn't need to carry that many.

The only annoyance so far has been that the game's interface management doesn't recognise me as having already acquired the guns that are in my inventory - so for example, I have an upgraded pistol, but when I pick up a new pistol it puts that weapon into my inventory instead of converting it to ammo. And when I drop the new pistol, my existing pistol unbinds from my hotbar.

I've tried dropping my pistol and picking it up again, but it doesn't help.

As others have mentioned

1) Your stash is reset
2) Your non-consumables from pre-orders are refreshed
3) Your Praxis carries forward
4) What you carry is carried forward
5) You will start the game with your augments optimized
6) Your Praxis won't be reset to Factory 0 (unsure if disabled augments are reset)

One thing to note, you cannot create a new NG+ template on a game you start on NG+, so if you want to maximize the amount of Praxis you have or have your "favorite maxed weapon" you will need to start a game from scratch. I am started a fresh game soon to verify that myself since I came across that second hand.

just yesterday did NG+ and yes realized that^
1. stash with my precious weapons and ammo wiped..
2. non-cons pre-order yes are up refreshed but does it valid for new games normal>?
3. carried like 15 prax and doc gave another 10 so basically 25-26 prax gives all augs enabled with the exceptions of 2-3 that's all just the game of super aug mode and nowhere to look forward
4. yes inventory is OK
5. you can still take that NeupoStabilizator from otars safe and bring it to Koller before first meeting him and you get all ur ♥♥♥♥♥ optimized all together...
6. 25 praxies this case to spent for rest of useless augs..

the matter what exactly Give me Deus Ex difficulty gives compare to normal>??

There is a bug, where you do not get your equipment back if you do not have space to accomodate it with the starting weps given by Miller at the beggining of Dubai. It will say you acquired them but your inventory will show just the starting weps. If that is a case for someone, load the furthest save from normal game, just before Marchenko , drop trash or something that will not stack with starting EQ, defeat Marchenko and overwrite your New Game Plus starting savefile. Be careful also not to overwrite your upgraded weps with a starting one because you get them AFTER the starting ones.(didnt check if this is also the case but I would guess it is)

Correction,
The augs work right away after you visit koller,
You don't have to do the sidequest in order to fix your augs,but you still can do it despite that .
I'm on a newgame+ save and can confirm,
Wall storage does not carry over only your inventory so make sure to transfer all valuable items to your inventory and dump the junk(aka all stimpacks+painkillers are junk as a stealth player in my case) .

I played on Medium and my fully upgraded inventory was completely full at the end. Five weapons with stacks of ammo, stacks of every type of mine and grenade. All the usual consumables. Starting with all that was tempting but I'm done.

Just didn't need it. Used tranq and Q most of the time. Same for credits - 50,000 of those because I thought surely the game would offer some pricey items as I got closer to the boss.

Who wasn't that hard.

So I'm regretting playing it on medium because I only play a game once and I should have played it on the highest difficulty. I will know for the next Deus Ex release right!
