Missing data in Breach?

I can't fulfill the "All Data" side objective on some missions, because it seems like one of the data structures is just straight up missing. I recover all data on the map, but it doesn't fill the bar fully. Is there something I've forgotten, or is it just something that I'll only be able to do later on, like revealing a hidden data module or some crap?

Some data cubes are hidden and will not be displayed on the map ... best to invest in the "eye sight" aug to located those. ... some even need the aug to punch-through walls in order to get to them.

In some cases there's walls that "open" when you get really close to them as well.

Get the aug that lets you see through walls.
