[SPOILERS] Solved: How to Get Third Piece of Dirt for Samizdat

You need to have finished the Quest 01010101 (the one with the floppy disk) on your return to Prague (Evening/Night). When the mercs break into Jensen's apartment, you need to take them down and search them for pocket secetaries (There are 4 bodyguards, so 4 PS to get). These contain the orders from Picus CEO to do wet work.

With pocket secretaries in hand, you can then go back to K and inform him of Everett's misdeeds.

I finished the Samizdat quest before Golem City, so turning in this piece of info didn't yield anything in terms of reward, sadly. But I thought I'd post this bit of helpful info for anyone starting a new game.

There's at least two pieces that you can get before then -- a stack of papers in the CEO's office, and another bit in a hidden room nearby.

I haven't tried breaking into the Picus vault yet, but there may be even more there.

Not sure about this. Are you saying Samizdat quest won't disappear when you leave for Golem City (I forgot if the message about sidequests appears or not at that point).

There is nothing in the Picus vault for this quest.

Uncertain if it stays or not. I had wrapped it all up before leaving for Golem City. On my return, I did the Helle quest thing, nabbed the pocket secretaries, and thought maybe Samizdat would like this. And sure enough K was ecstatic about it.

No, if you havent given any of the evidence to K then the quest does not disappear. I had already gone to the Palisades office before and when I got the Samizdat quest the papers didnt show in the office so I went to Golem and the quest was still there.

I also turned in the information about Picus after the other side missions but I am not sure that you can turn in the 3 information at once since you have to complete the side missions before moving out of Prague for the next story part. I kind of remember that both side missions happen in a different time of Prague.

SM05 is still active for me, I hadn't found the 3rd story yet. I've finished Golem City, and I'm back in Prague (nighttime).

Edit: I'm working on M11, with SM03, 05 and 07 still open. I went back and emptied all 3 vaults in Palisades, and still only have those 2 stories for Samizdat (jet airliner and water poisoning).

Edit: Once you get your next destination out of Prague, all sidequests will be cancelled. It was weird, when I tried to finish this quest before I talked to Miller, I only got two options (left / right) when K's dialogue thing came up. I went back, went through the entire Palisade Bank...again...and nothing new. Came back, talked to K, and voila, the 3rd option, "Helle" popped up. Once you offer all 3 topics, Jensen automatically says he doesn't have anymore, so it's officially done at that point. Strange, not sure why it wouldn't display it the first time. I had already dealt with Helle and the home invasion at that point. Oh well...onwards.

It's true and it works!
When you finish sidemission 01011000 (don't forget to loot all datapads from everyone working for Picus you come across), first turn water or flight evidence, after that the Helle option appears!

Btw, I did everything else prior to turning evidence to K, means all sidemissions and main missions before leaving for GARM: cleaned vaults and garages, collected all datapads possible, hacked all possible PCs all over town and Golem City, there is no 4th evidence to share.

Yeh i just done this on my 2nd playthough, i handed it all in after coming back from Garm city though. Its a nice touch tbh.

Remember: There's 4 guards, so 4 Pocket Secretaries to acquire. Uncertain if you really need all 4, but still better to be safe than sorry.

If you investigate POI "The Glitch" Helle (Eliza who doesnt know her identity) will ask you to retrieve a certain HDD or Disc whic contains information... After you get it you can choose to play it in your apartment and if you choose the dialog correctly true Eliza Cassan will help you trough the game and she will start dialog randomly on your mission progress(I dont remember which mission ... but I think she will blow a car for you to get past police) and when you end coversation in your apartment,2 guys will come in after sometime to prepare (eliza will say they knew etc they are coming etc...) and other maybe 2 guys will search the apartment block)

This Glitch can be found after you return to golem on some infolink idk wat is called randomly if you pass by it will make sounds etc so you investigate it then Helle will talk to you. (the Panchea experiment subject I think)
