Worth carrying cash/credits to London?
I'm in Prague: 3 and will finish soon. I've accumulated quite a bit of cash so I wonder if there's a trader or any other situation in London where I'll need cash, else I'll spend it all before I leave Prague.

Reading in between the lines, I am guessing that this is your first play through. I have played through this game quite a few times trying to get all the achievements. From my experience, the key item is biocell. Your money and inventory will be passed on to your New Game Plus. Note: Inventory only means the stuff that are in your inventory screen, your guns, bullets, biocells, multitools, hack softwares, and most importantly, your plaxit kits. Your Breach software and those message kits will NOT be passed over. Oh, your skills will be passed over though they will be blocked out when you are back in Prague the 1st time until you are "fixed" by Koller, the 1st time. Although your "secret" extended skills may look dodgy, they are all working and you won't have any overheating problem.
Money is only useful for buying hacking kits, upgrading components, and of course, biocells and multitools. You don't really need to buy any weapons at all, unless you want to kill everything, or you have no intention to get the pacifist, foxiest achievements.
So, all in all, you don't really have to do anything with your current cash. Once you down an enemy, make sure you grab their weapons and dismantle them to get the components with which you can make your own biocells or/and multitools. One more advice is to decide earlier on which style you are going to play, kill everything or not kill everything. This is to help you to decide what weapon to carry and hence ammo. This is because you only have a fixed max amount of inventory slots. Killing everything is pretty easy. But trying NOT to set off a single alarm for the entire game or/and NOT killing anyone is very very very challenging, and for me, it is fun to do so as well. Hope this help.
