I saw a video somebody made showing some crazy roof top jumping as a back door to enter the bomb makers room, complete it and then do the bank heist. but to answer your question, No, so do the bank job, and the god machine will be waiting when you return, less the bomb maker.

No, it doesn't really work, and never did work unless you exploited scripting errors and some other bugs.

Basically you choose your ending at the point you choose which mission that you complete. Personally I let the bomb maker die, because stopping Marchenko is much easier than all that, and then you can still save Miller. You cannot do that if you choose to save the bomb maker.

The only benifit for choosing to save Allison is, if you 'win' the conversation with her, she will give you a signal jammer that can be used to avert a disaster, later in the game. It's not really necessary though.

The antidote isn't necessary, either, but also makes a part of the game much easier. You know what's pretty good, though? All the guns, biocells, money, nupoz, 9mm ammo, and experience you get from slaughtering all of Allison's minions.

What's best for a pacifist run, trying to not get caught? I'm on it now and this is my first playthrough.

Also, I saw this video and it was in an old version of the game. It was patched

The bank is easier if you're specced for stealth.

Although 'not being caught' isn't a condition of the Pacifist achievement, it does help to avoid situations where someone could be killed. Stealth is my choice when doing the bank heist.

Ok thanks. By 'not being caught' I meant easier for stealth (to get the no alarms achievement)

Ok. So, not a Pacifist achievement run but just a pacifist (in general terms) run. Yeah, try not to be caught and that will help with the 'no alarms' achievement (Foxiest of the Hounds).

However, 'not being caught' isn't always so obvious in this game. You don't actually have to be seen to have an alarm go off. In certain circumstances, if you leave a body where it can be found, it can cause an alarm, negating the achievement.

Oh, and because I feel it's not very good design, I'll give you a tip... When you arrive at GARM, before opening the first door, make a manual save. The reason is, right after the cutscene, you have to make a choice ... Contact Alex or Contact Miller. If you contact Miller, there will be an automatic alarm, no matter how stealthy you are. Contacting Alex at least allows you the chance to get through the mission without setting off any alarms.

The subject was discussed at length after DXMD was released. Generally, the reasoning seemed to be by contacting Miller through normal TF29 channels, a mole inside the agency will warn the GARM facility that you were still alive and snooping around. And that's why, half way through the mission, an alarm is rung.

Ok thanks. So if alarms are triggered automatically, the achievement is locked? That sucks

Well, that's the only one that's automatic due to a choice you make. Just choose to contact Alex, and the alarm won't go off automatically.
