Tac shotgun+armor piercing ammo.

I have 20 armor piercing rounds but my shot gun will not equip them. For some reason it wants to use EMP ammo even though I do not have any emp shotgun ammo. Is the Tac Shotgun not able to use armor piercing rounds?

It can't use AP shells. Only the devastator shotgun uses them.

and it's not in Golem city either. and don't forget to ask about the EMP ammo you find for the revolver. or the AP rounds for the MP5. and VASS don't say nothing.
