are there any time sensitive missions?
im remembering in HR that if you waited too long to get to the first mission all the hostages die. in this game people are always bugging me to hurry up when i want to explore everywhere and steal everything from everyone.

does it matter at all if i dont hurry up? seems like this happens with pretty much every mission (main and side alike) and no matter what you do it seems you have to make at least someone wait for you until they start getting pissy about it. i get to places often to find dead people. if i had been faster would they still be alive?

does it matter?
am i missing out on anything importatnt my taking my sweet time?

are they making it so that you can NOT do everything in one playthrough? i know there are a few times when they force you to make the binary choice (ie save the girl or rob the bank) and that this matters down the line, but im wondering if the same is true with other, less obvious things too...

i havnt been able to find anything conclusive about this in my online searches. there are hints that maybe there are consequences but also people are saying that you can make the main quests wait as long as you want (they warn you that leaving will end any side quests when it actaully matters). no one seems to know if all the complaining about your taking too long has any actual game effect rather than to be annoying and set a false sense of urgency.

As far as I know there is a time sensitive mission at the end. I don't want to spoil it for you though but if you insist.

thanks, that is good to know (i think i heard something like that), but im more interested if all the others that bug you to hurry up are time sensitive or not. has any one tested for this?

As far as I have played no I would'nt think so. You probably will get calls from NPC's reminding you of the task at hand but nothing that deterrs you from exploring or doing side quests.

One and it is clearly telegraphed. Everything in the hub is not timed even if people keep calling you to do their laundry all the time. Besides one point where it is still not timed and you are still given text on the screen about what action will result in what consequence.
The game managed to do branching sidequests and fun quests in general but in the end if feels like Mass Effect 3 where none of it really mattered. Then again the game was cut into two games to make more money for squeenix and leave a horrid ending for us. Never have I played such a story shallow Deus Ex and I though HR was of no consequence.
