Slow performance on 2080 ti

Hi all,
I get a 20fps average on the benchmark in Deus Ex Mankind Divided. I have tried disabling graphic settings and switching between borderless, windowed and that exclusive windowed option. Its always around 20fps average.

My system:
Windows 10
Asus 2080 ti (latest driver)
i9 9900k
32 GB mem

Asking questions is the right thing to do. It's just that some people still prefer to blame the devs, hardware manufacturers and whatever despite already been provided answers what they did wrong.

Driver problem. I have 2080ti with 2700x - the game runs butterly smooth in 1440p.

I have gtx 1080 ti aorus, 9700k @ 4.9 16gb 3200 ram and all smooth 70fps+ ultra settings in 1440p in both dx11 and dx12

thats wierd. i get device hung errors with this game in DX12 after about 20 mins and im on a 1080ti .

Bumping this. I have a 2080 Ti and was getting <30fps on both low and ultra settingts, then found this thread. Turning off DX12 and MSAA and it's a HUGE difference, I can play comfortably on Ultra now ~90 fps or higher

the only solution now is just to buy new graphics card. I mean c'mon your hardware is almost 2 years old.
