Any way to lock the fps at 30?

some 4k displays have 30hz limit when using 4k resolution.

But enable V sync, that could be a other solution x

You don't want to lock it at 30. Even 40fps feels smoother than 30fps. Just turn on Vsync though cause there's really bad screen tearing. If you have 144Hz monitor try Adaptive Vsync Half refresh rate.

Use Radeon Setting if you have a AMD card.

If you use a Nvidia GPU, in the Nvidia panel, search "vertical sync" and choose "adaptative. (half refresh rate, so if your screen have a 60hz refresh rate, it'll then be 30hz and the game will run at 30fps).

I don't know the AMD setting but I guess they also have a similar one in their panel.

Because i like to play that way (i know, but i like 30fps, 60 are too "fast", they gave me anxiety), besides, my 760 run hot as hell at 60 fps.

I've already set the half refresh adaptive vsync but it run at 60 fps anyway, tested with fraps.

You have to turn off Vsync in DXMD for GPU Control Panel Vsync to work.
