Haha yeah fair point...and when i think about it you are right, lots of games will give you a wepon are something for the main game or at least let you keep the loot or whatever...Initially i was thinking about it from the point of having already finished the main game in which there would be no need for a 'reward' - but yeah - if you are still in the middle of the main game it would be nice to get something i admit...
Plus: the story dlc in this one is not connected directly enough to warrant any form of continuation. The Criminal Past one takes place 6 months before, and at the start of MD you *lose* all that you would have had from it in the first place anyway. System Rift might, but again it doesn't really have any direct correlation (and heck could almost just be a dream for all we know).
