I'm not sure why they decided to change his hair color, but then some things are allowed to change: people get hair cuts, and dyes, and add earrings or whatever. In a way it made him slightly more believeable as a human person - and then he's a total asshat, but hey.
See, I haven't been able to force myself to play the originals past 1 mission in, so I know there's a lot I've missed, but jeez he doesn't seem like that. He'd be ... quite old in DX then, and certainly doesn't look it there, bonus. Count me in for augments.
"Bob, Bob you have to stop putting new augments into your... Bob. Stop. Bob."
Bob Page is fine.
The model now matched the painting of Sarif (that he had in his office lol what an ego), in the head shape and the two augmented arms.
I loved his original model, he was very slick and gorgeous.
On the other hand, the changes that they introduced to Pritchard worked REALLY well for me. I greatly disliked how Pritchard looked in HR, that massive dent over his nose what the hell was up with that? But they improved his design immensely.
If I could, I'd have the original Sarif and the new Pritchard. :)
