Playing Deus Ex with xbox one controller....is it possible?

I know that this is not the forum about Deus Ex Human: Human Revolution, but I put this message in the forum about Human Revolution and nobody answers. Somobody has played Human Revolution with the xbox controller?

I have bought(I have just paid for it) a xbox one controller to play computer games but I don't have the controller yet. Can I use this game with the controller and there is some difference regarding the use of computer(due to the compatibility problem). How can resolve this problem? I have never used a gamepad with the computer, although I think xbox one controller is plug-and-play.

I DON'T want to change the code of some files if I don't need to do it, I'm looking for something easy.

Should be as simple as plugging it in and playing it. I used my Xbox One controller to play Human Revolution

The game does support the X360 controller. That's how I played it.
